JOB FUNCTION

• Manage and develop supplier portfolio;

• Purchase goods and services for the company;

• Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers,

• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of OEM products.

• A procurement executive may also perform monitor supplier performance, prepare proposals and purchase orders, and resolve issues and concerns

JOB DESCRIPTION

Research and evaluate potential vendors/ Sourcing new supplier following plan, business strategy and business/ portfolio growth

• Build and retain a strong relationship with suppliers.

• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

• Prepare contracts and paperwork.

• Negotiate cost, trading terms and pricing.

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

• In charge of OEM finished product process and new brands purchasing

• Work with suppliers to make sure projects are on time, on quality, and on budget.

• Ensure quality of OEM products.

• Update order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.

• Cordinating with other department such as R&D, Legal, Finance, Purchasing... in product developing process with OEM partners or purchasing new products.

• Follow strictly Product development process as well as other processes of company

JOB REQUIREMENT :

University graduation in the fields of: Economics, Foreign Trade, Import-Export, or related field;

• 01 year in a similar position, preference is given to candidates with experience in Purchasing or Cosmetic industry

• Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving;

• Good communication, negotiation skill;

• Be proactive and manage work effectively, willing to take on challenges

• Hard- working, careful, detail- oriented and able to work under high pressure.

• Experienced in supplier sourcing, quotation analysis & evaluation

• Good English/ Korean/ Chinese (4 skills) is a must.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Procurement systems;

Probation: 2 months

• Working Hours: 8:00-18:00 Mon – Thu and Fri (8:00-17:00).
