JOB DESCRIPTION


- Analyze business results, customer experience indicators from retail in experience campaigns;

- Focusing on research on target customers, behavioral trends, markets and competitors' experience campaigns on sales channels as a basis for proposing campaigns;

- Monitoring the implementation of campaigns, reports and data on member customers, buying behavior trends of retail channels and markets;

- Design themes, activities and propose customer care campaigns for retail channels;

- Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, the performance of related departments;

- Make weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly plans and reports;

- Responsible for work results.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

- More than 1 year of experience working in a similar position or in the field of creativity, strategy, marketing...

- Good office computer skills.

- Fluent in English, planning, writing communication scripts is an advantage.

- Understanding of the market, especially the cosmetics and beauty market.

- Have good information management and information processing ability

- Careful, detailed, able to work independently and proactively

- College degree

- Other allowances: Lunch allowance: 25,000 VND/day

- Probation period: 2 months

- Age: 20 - 28

- Working time: 44 hours/week from Monday to Friday
