JOB DESCRIPTION

 

- Build and ensure the Brand Identity and Brand Image of the brand in charge in Vietnam

- Developing Marketing Strategy

- Manage product portfolio suitable to the target market and consumer audience.

- Develop and implement integrated communication campaigns (IMC) of assigned brands

- Defining goals, proposing appropriate means of communication; Monitor and allocate resources in advertising campaigns

- Propose, monitor, manage and allocate Marketing budget

- Collect and analyze information about consumers, markets, competitors to make recommendations to management.

- Timely adjustment of marketing strategies and plans in line with market changes and competitive situations.

- Launch new launches, sustain growth in core products and enliven core portfolio

- Implement sales forecast (forecast) according to the needs of the industry and sales department.

- Lead, guide and develop brand assistants and team members.

- Update, propose and monitor new Marketing strategies (IMC / 360 / Digital / Retail)

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

- Degree in Marketing or related field.

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Marketing in the field of cosmetics, cosmetology, beauty care,...

- Experience in identifying target audiences across multiple channels.

- Creative thinking.

- Knowledge of web analytics tools (eg Google Analytics, WebTrends).

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

- Ability to express well, comfortable when working with data.

- Have an aesthetic eye, sensitive to market trends.

- Leadership and time management skills.

- College degree

- Other allowances: Lunch allowance: 25,000 VND/day

- Probation period: 2 months

- Age: 25 - 40

- Working time: 44 hours/week from Monday to Friday
